Cancellation
If cancelled one day or more before travel commences, tickets will be refunded less cancellation fee of AUD $500 per adult (child and infant discounts apply); applies also in the event of no-show.
F class (grabaseat) fare - no refund.

Baggage Allowance
1 piece per person (excluding infants) - up to 23kg on Air New Zealand operated and ticketed flights
